About Martina

Martina Pinkava is a graphic designer and illustrator, primarily based in Prague. She studied at the Secondary Art School in Ostrava, and her artistic education continued at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. After her studies, she started her career at a Prague-based agency, where she worked on advertising campaigns for global brands such as Nike and Red Bull. She was also a member of the illustrator group Kolekce 7, which exhibited at Designblok in 2018. She later transitioned to a smaller company, where, as a creative director, she shaped the entire visual identity of a Czech brand. Since 2022, Martina has been freelancing, focusing on projects that allow her to pursue her passion for clean and modern design. In her free time, alongside regular motherhood duties, Martina also engages in improvisational and amateur theater.
